Mercure Hotel Aachen Am Dom

Wonderful breakfast comparable with much pricier hotels elsewhere. Perfect central location a few minutes walk from the cathedral

I loved the room, it was spacious, and nice, with a balcony. I really enjoyed it. And big windows! The breakfast was very good. And the greatest was the staff in this hotel, everybody was so nice, helpful, always with a smile, talking to you, I loved this atmosphere. It was not a feeling of the hotel, but friends that you are visiting. I like these vibes. And the location is wonderful because it is in the city centre, next to the old town, so everything is very close.

The staff were friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient. The rooms were spacious, well-maintained, and spotlessly clean. The hotel was conveniently located near attractions, shopping center and public transport. The surroundings were peaceful and safe. Special perks like complimentary drinks, and food like candies, drinks, cookies, etc..

The location of the hotel in the centre of Aachen is excellent. It is a short walk to the Dom, the shops and lots of good restaurants. The hotel car park is close and we got clear instructions on how to find it before we arrived. The breakfast was also excellent - a good choice of foods and drinks in a comfortable setting overlooking the main street.

Although a little old, the property is very comfortable, well maintained and has an excellent location. Rooms are spacious and very comfortable.
